Delivery

Yes, the delivery and installation of your order is free. No shipping costs are charged. Other costs such as a moving lift or parking space are not included.

Delivery and installation is done by one of our retail partners. These are furniture and bed shops in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg that sell Recor Bedding Essentials. You can view the list of participating stores view here.

The furniture or bedding store that will deliver and install your order at your chosen delivery address is automatically determined based on your zip code. You will receive an email within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekend days) in which we confirm which retail partner will deliver and install the products to you.

When your mattress and / or bed is ready for shipment, you will be notified by email. 

The retail partner (furniture store) will then contact you to arrange a specific day and time for delivery and installation. The delivery conditions of the partner apply. Changes to the delivery address or date are made in consultation with the partner. 

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the space provided is easily accessible, that there is sufficient space for the ordered products and that the surface is suitable.

You will receive an email from Recor Bedding when your box spring and / or mattress leaves our studio in Genk and is delivered to the selected store. The store will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

You can monitor the status of your order in your account on Recorbedding.com.

There is no track & trace code available to track the delivery. For questions about delivery of your order, please contact the selected store. You can find the list of stores view here. 

All Essentials products are made to order. This means that they are produced based on the preferences you specified during the order. The products are handmade in Belgium. The delivery time for mattresses is 4 weeks. The delivery time for box springs is 6 weeks. If you order multiple products, they will be delivered together. If you buy a mattress with box spring (set), the delivery time is 6 weeks.

Return & Comfort Guarantee

Yes, you can return mattresses and / or box springs if they do not meet your expectations. This is possible for 30 days from delivery. If you want to return a product, please contact the furniture store that delivered the products to you. They will make an appointment with you to collect the products. The store will charge 100 euros for transport and administration of the return. 

Returns are only accepted if the order is properly packaged, in its original condition and returned undamaged. 

Yes, you can return mattresses and box springs free of charge if they do not show damage or production errors caused by you.

If you want to return a product, please contact the furniture store that delivered the products to you. They will make an appointment with you to collect the products. There will be no charges.

The refund will be made to the payment method you used for the order. A refund may take some time. The furniture store that has delivered to you will pick up the product from you. Then Recor Bedding will pick up the product from the store. Only then can the refund be made, provided the product is properly packaged, in its original condition and returned undamaged.

You will receive an email from Recor Bedding when we have processed your return and made the refund.

You enjoy a comfort guarantee on Essentials mattresses for 30 days. When ordering your mattress, you choose whether it should have medium or firm comfort. However, if the chosen comfort is not satisfactory, you can contact the store that delivered the mattress within 30 days of delivery. They will make an appointment with you to change the spring core of the mattress. Since the new feather core has to be produced, the delivery time is 4 weeks. 

The store will charge 100 euros for transport and administration.

 

Online payments, prices and promo codes

You can pay safely online in 4 different ways.

As soon as we have received your payment, you will see the confirmation of your order on the website and you will receive an email with the invoice.

If you have a promo code, you can enter it in the shopping cart or in the check-out in the 'Coupon code' field

Yes, all prices in the Essentials e-shop include VAT

The only extra cost that is charged is the Valumat contribution. Since 1 January 2021, an environmental contribution must be levied on mattresses, comparable to the Recupel contribution for the purchase of electronics.

The Valumat contribution is 17 euros (including VAT) per mattress and is not included in the prices. The Valumat contribution is added to your order in the shopping cart.

Cancel order

All Essentials products are made to order. They are produced based on the preferences you chose during the order. Once your order has been scheduled for production, it can in principle no longer be changed or canceled. An order is usually scheduled within 48 hours.
